1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Verification

Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account with 999kt at any time. If duplicate accounts are identified, 999kt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any open bets, and confiscate any bonus balances obtained through the use of multiple accounts. Real-money balances from a player's original account will be returned at 999kt's sole discretion following a thorough review.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

999kt facilitates fast and secure financial transactions for players across Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial activity on the Platform.

Deposits

Players may fund their 999kt account using any of the following supported payment methods:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed the standard KYC verification process. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-related winnings.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on 999kt are governed by the following general rules. Game-specific or market-specific rules may supplement these general terms where applicable.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 999kt does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious error on the part of 999kt has occurred (e.g., manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical fault).
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or significant interruption to a cricket fixture (BPL, IPL, T20, or international series), bets will be settled according to the official rules of that market as published on the 999kt betting interface.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market, including match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider trading on sporting events.

• Registering an account on behalf of another person, sharing account access with a third party, or allowing a minor to use your account under any circumstances.

11. Amendments to These Terms

999kt reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms in whole or in part at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Revised" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, notify registered players via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 999kt operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 999kt's customer support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within a reasonable period, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before pursuing litigation. Nothing in this clause limits 999kt's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
